Looks like some chilly nights, but still a great forecast. I wish you all a grand time and just ask you don't use up all the fun and save a little for me for next year. OK? :D

Well, we thought that we were going this weekend! The last minute emergency struck! My wife and I will not be seeing you guys this time. I will try for the Blast in May and see if that can happen. Have fun and there is now a room available at the Peachtree Inn on S. Washington.

Sorry, hope to try again in May!

Have fun guys! From the looks of the registered cars, there are quite a few modified bugs coming in from Mexico. I would have loved to see what they have done with them.

Hello all,
Ronnie and I are getting in Saturday late afternoon/evening, and staying at the Peachtree. Is there a group gathering or meeting place, just to socialize and hang out? Hope to see everyone again.

Hi there Bob. Great to hear from y'all.

Brian is right, best chance to catch up with us on Saturday is checking in on us at the RV park. You can't niss the campsite, with all the buggy's around it. I'm not speaking for everyone, but past years most TMC people pass on the Classic scheduled events and we do our own thing.

Great weekend, saw some old friends, missed a few friends and made some new friends.
Bryan led us on a super cruise (even found a port-a-potty in the middle of nowhere)

Congrats to the winners, especially Cory, the patience and hard work paid off.

Here's a link to my photobucket from the weekend, warning, there's lots of pictures....

Dangit, I thought I posted right after Faron but I get home, go on the site, and see there's nothing here? Man, it's getting scary, forgetting things all the time. Probably still in an open window at work; oh well. Yepper, we had an awesome time this weekend and it started with that awesome cruise, followed by some great fellowship at the Man Cave, hosted by some really nice folks that really did a good job making everyone comfortable. That was a gas! Thanks guys! We can't wait to do it again and are looking forward to the next time we all meet. There's a bunch of photos we took too and they're getting uploaded to the Photobucket and we'll get those out to you guys when they are done. Awesome job on your photos Greg - I mean, really well done! Missed ya Bill - Happy Belated Birthday sir!

Cheers,
Richard

Thanks for posting the pics Greg, they look great.
Did anyone do much talking to the person who owned the White kit car that went on the drive with you? I am not sure but I think they live in the same area I do. I understand there are a few kit cars that look much like it running around, but.... It would be cool if they were the same people.

I live on the South Side of Canyon Lake, in the neighbourhood near Comal Park.

Great pictures Greg and Richard. I think its cool seeing the cruise pictures from different perspectives.

Angela had our camera and I think she took some good shots also.
Can you tell from her show pic's that she is planning a baja build?

I Hate These Shows! . . . . . Every time we go, we see something we like, then it customizing time.
I just spent 4 days in the garage ripping out the back seats, designing a storage area (trunk) and then building it. Now I'm off to wander aimlessly thru the aisles of auto junk yards looking for some kind of a latch. Only kidding about hating shows :D
Soon to be done, it's looking pretty good.

Glad you had a good time Bob. As far as a latch, check out a Marine supply store. That's where I got mine, and for what good it does, it also locks.

Ken, thanks for the invite, but this Sat is out. The buggy is apart, still working on the trunk. No seats because the carpet is next. Also, Ronnie is working all day, but I do want a rain check.

Thanks
