Low-Budget VW show

posting this for the anybody who is interested...i will be there and Bryan Porter is going, should be a pretty good turn out and it also supports our local VW parts house and club sponsor..



1st Annual Low-Budget VW Show at Kar Parts
Saturday June 26, 2010
Time: Registration Starts At 9-12 Noon
Cost: $12.00 Per Car

Kar Parts
2646 Greens Rd.
Houston, TX 77032

Trophies: 1st Place Trophy + $300.00
2nd Place Trophy + $200.00
3rd Place Trophy + $100.00
The Next 10 Receives A People’s Choice Plaque

Raffled: Lowered Ball-Joint Beam For $1.00 Per Ticket
Food & Beverages: BBQ Plates

Sounds like fun and great prizes too boot $$$ to bad Ill be out of the country then :(

Chris, just drop the buggy off at my place before you go out of town and I'll be sure to put it front and center at the show :mrgreen: :mrgreen:

Well SteveO, ChrisK, and I went to this show they had a good turn out .
They blowed up an engine 37.1 sec. winner got $105.00 the food was good and we all won a top 20 but no money
a Thing from the woodlands won the First place money it was a sweet ride family build father and son job
