Well Joe the show is about 20 miles from me and you are welcome to park the truck and trailer at my place. After my surgery yesterday I t does not look good for me getting mine on the road.

Yes, we have a place for trucks and trailers. Show entry is $20 if you pre register before September 30, and $25 on the day of the show. If you preregister you get a free t-shirt.

We also offer some pretty nice door prizes for entrants only. Things like $100 bills to floor jacks and air compressors.

I'd love to see you there.

Here is a link to the entry forms.

I was hoping you were coming again Bryan.

Hey, Brian B., I hope the surgery was not too serious and that the recoup is progressing well. After all, you've got some important work to get back to.

Well, I think Bryan, Joe, and possibly Chris K are going to try to make the Autofest. :D So, I hope some of you other area Buggy Buds will also come on out.

Dune buggies will be in our "Open Class" and there are usually not a lot of vehicles in that class so I'd love to see it dominated by Buggies. Pre-register and save $5 bucks, and get a free T-shirt: Not a bad deal, plus entrants are eligible for door prizes including $100 bills and some nice tools like floor jacks.

I can tell you easier than I can map you :D

Wallis is about 10 mi. south of IH 10 at Sealy, Texas on State Hwy 36, or also it is about midway between Rosenberg and Sealy on SH 36.

I promise to talk to you if you come. Will that make up for not calling? ;-)

Yes, it's still happening. It's a "Rain or Shine" show. We've got several thousand dollars invested to get to this point, so there is no turning back.

However, where we hold the show there is tons of covered areas for people to get out of the rain if it comes. Some of it even has A/C. The show area is paved so when rain stops we just go back to what we were doing.

I'm taking heart in the fact that the forecast is for scatterded showers, not for all-day rain.

It's looking like a great show this year. We had 116 pre-registerations.

Yes, I plan to take the Buggy unless it just pouring down in the morning when I plan to leave the house.

Patrick is the camera-pro, so I hope he got some. I was too busy with the show to even pull my camera out of the holster. :(

In spite of the weather we had 180 entrants, so we still had a great show. Thank Bryan, Patrick / Lorie, and Joe for doing such a great job of representing our Club.
