Has anybody heard of this event????? Looks
like it could be fun. I wonder if they would mind if a bunch of buggy nuts tagged along? It doesn't look like its a timed event. just do it at your leisure. Any body interested??????? if not this year maybe next.

If we show up, I guess they gotta take us ;-)

Seriously, that sounds like a lot of fun. I'm going to check my schedule.
I'll check out their site to see, but I'm guessing with those kind of vehicles participating they have some sweeps following.

If you can't do the whole 1000 miles, It might be fun to catch shorter legs when they are in your area.

CIRCLE THE HILLS:
For sometime now I've had a similar (but smaller scale) idea for a dune buggy event.

The idea would be to do a two-day cruise that would basically be a route that would stay on the edge (to keep the scenic drives) and encircling the Hill Country. That would be a roughly 400 +/- mile loop.

WOULD THERE BE ANY INTEREST FROM ANYONE FOR SUCH A THING?

I'm open to thoughts and ideas.
