Ok folks here is the official posting area for this event so we can keep it all organized and keep the info flowing. Bill, hope I am not over stepping by starting it for ya but wanted to get the info started. Here everyone can list accomadations, schedule of events and just plain ole are ya coming!
Here is where a lot of folks will be staying and a lot is already booking up so get'm quickly. This is in Comfort Texas and is kind of the central starting hub for the morning drives and a great breakfast I hear.

We have 802 and 803 in the Mercantile area booked for Friday-Monday as most do and I think with the Holiday weekend is it 3 night minimum.

Hey Bobby, no problem here: I'm glad you got the event forums set up this way.

We are booked into 806 of the Merchantile. From the looks of things, dune buggy folks are going to own the Merchantile that weekend.

Bryan, I know you are in there somewhere, what room do you have?

We stayed in the Cypress Creek Cottage for new years and Anne loved it so we booked it for the round up its #351 .
Its over behind the Summer Kitchen.
