buggy looks sweet man, ok, correct me if I am wrong. Does the pods slide all the way up into the side of the body and match up at the front inner fender well nicely? If so and from what I can see in the picture it looks like the deep inside part of the pod is hitting the rear inner fender. Is that is the only place holding it up from you being able to push it up into place where it belongs, just trim a little at a time and keep test fitting till she goes and lands perfectly. Chassis detail looks great. Try this link for picture

Hey Mike, I couldn't open your picture, but I believe Bobby is right on target.
I used a Berrien body with Berrien side pods. You would have thought that would have guaranteed a good fit. Ah, but not so.
I had to do just what Bobby suggested. I kept trimming a little at a time until I got a good fit. I ended up having to trim both front and back on mine.

I found that the pods need to be trimmed quite a bit on my berrien, both the sides and top. And a 4 inch angle grinder works well for this....also I found that a cone shaped grinding bit and a die grinder worked much better than a drill bit on fiberglass. It doesn't bite or chip the gel coat.

by the way I am digging that Berrien body...RED!!! rock on!!
