I have used them for years and have had no problems with them. It makes the engine rev faster and when pulling a buggy there is really no difference in the use to weight ratio

I had always heard if you want a pepy rev engine go light
if you want some grunt and torque use a heavy
I went heavy just for the sake of staying close to stock and still reves pretty good but it takes a little bit to get her up and out of the watter if ya know what I mean

if it aint broke, break it then fix it

thats what i was thinking to. i just didnt know if it made it any type of drivability problems since with the way gas prices are going i will probably drive the buggy quite a bit to work and shows

Go with the lightened one, you will be perfectly happy with that.
