Swing Axle?????

Postby Faron » 10 Sat Mar, 2012 8:31 pm

I changed the gasket between the Swing axle Diff and the plate the boot is attached to not to long ago. Now that I am trying to install the swing Axle into the chassis I noticed that the drivers side axle moves freely and the passenger side does not. When I loosened the cuts that hold that plate on the axle moves a little but not much. Anyone have advice, of am I to vague?

All I know is the gaskets act as a spacer and I had to buy a gasket set to adjust mine so that the axle moves freely but not sloppy loose.
It's EASY.... if you know how.

The wife and kids are going on a girls trip to Durango for a couple of days. Just my wife, her close friend, a 17, 13, 12, and 7 year old girls. Six giggly girls, on their way to Durango for a couple of days. I am hoping that I can figure a few thing out while they are gone.
