Tri-Mil Exhaust Systems

Postby Ken » 21 Thu Jul, 2011 4:49 pm

Tried the Bobtail with muffler and it was too quiet!
Changed the muffler to the stinger and the sound was too high pitched!

So... installed the Tri-Mil bazookas.
I'm liking these very much. The sound is deep and just loud enough, but not obnoxious.
And I think they look great.

So I took the buggy out for a little 400 mile road trip (round trip). Headed down to the coast in her.
Added another 200 miles cruising the beaches for 5 days.
Besides a couple minor "issue" over the week, nothing went terrible wrong.
If I had a dollar fro every picture that was taken, I could pay for this exhaust...

Hey, nice picture of the buggy, but where are the bazookas?

I"m looking forward to hearing them at the Roundup.

Congrats on a neat-sounding trip: Just you, or the whole family?

Me and Angela left early Thursday morning in the buggy, trying to beat some of the heat, and Delia and Amanda headed down later in the day. They love the buggy, but weren't very interested in a 4 hour buggy ride.

Angela and I had a great time driving hwy 183 through Luling, Gonzales, Cuero, Goliad, Refugio and then into Aransas Pass. It was a nice friendly drive down. Wide shoulders and everyone coming up on us was very friendly and patiently waited for the right opportunity for me to slide over and let them pass.

We will be planning this drive again.
