Whats the procedure for packing New rear IRS bearings.

I'm replacing the rear Axle bearing on an IRS Buggy.
1)-Is there a special procedure for packing the outer roller bearings since they have side plates on them?
2)-When I pulled the old bearings out,...there was a lot of grease in the center area where the spacer tube is. Should this be packed with grease? If so, what is the best way to do this. 3)-Im using Valvoline Duralube with Moly for my CV joints,......should I use this for packing my wheel bearings also?

:| i could be wrong, but i believe when the bearing has a cover between the race and the outer ring its considered a sealed bearing requiring no lube. I just looked it up.in Johns Muirs book, it says to pack all the bearings with lithium bearing grease. Stuff as much grease in carrier as possible by hand or gun. Put a wad on the seal before putting it on and wipe off the excess when done. Hope that helps....
I never knew I know so little till now...
