Suggestions for a quiet header system for a sand rail

Postby wildwestrider » 25 Tue Jan, 2011 9:02 pm

I have the usual header/Stinger system on my sand rail Its fun for a bit,....but.....its a bit loud and I notice that people walking dogs and pushing strollers start backing away from the street as I approach. Im concerned that I might be annoying land owners whose land I might want to explore,...and that I will more readily attract attention of the police.

Im open to either 4 into 1 or 2 into 2 systems if they will fit my rail frame. Any suggestions for systems to consider that are quiet with a slight throaty exhaust note.

I really like my tri-mil with a quiet pack.

Coolest thing I've seen is a 4 into 1 header using a Hayabusa muffler (Murzi did this) and it sounded great!
