Probably shouldn't ask but does anyone know the current rating for this dimmer switch is?

30 amps.
If at first you don't succeed, beat the pshaw out of the business partner, and then go at it alone! LOL!

Wow - thanks David, you pretty much made my day. We're getting very close to heading for the inspection station and getting this buggy on the road - LEGALLY!

Okay, dimmer is working like it should and we took her for a spin last night (after cleaning plugs 1 and 3 - AGAIN); Brrrrr. No smoking wires though... Still waiting for the delivery of a cool headlight switch that will mount in the dash. Gauges and wipers next week!

Can anyone tell me what the current rating for the ignition switch is?

What I did was run the Headlights through a circuit breaker...seperate feed through the dimmer and then use a realy for high beams.
