stripped plug threads

i was replacing plugs and wires the other day, noticed that the plug closest to the tranny, driver's side, is stripped.. last owner (or someone before him) threaded a truck plug in to bypass the issue..so now i have 3 new plugs, and one old truck plug installed.

whats the best bet for doing a repair on it? have heard that the helicoil spark-plug repair is ok'ish, and most of the people i know haven't tried time-sert but i have read some decent reviews online.
