Sold Ghia. Now on to trying to figure out a color to paint the Buggy. We may get an unpainted body. Does anyone paint fiberglass buggy bodies around the area?

Awesome! Glad it sold!!!

During the old forum/chats, Hawkeye (Neil) said someone he knew would paint my buggy for about 800 bucks, but it's a shortened one..I wanted black with metal flake... might ask him about it..

Or, I'd look into boat painters, they deal in the same materials....

check with the local hot rod shops. That's how I found the guy that painted mine. Turns out he painted Funny Cars at one time.
Also see is you have a place called English Color SUpply. They supply auto body fillers and paints and may be able to giove you some names.

A good paint job is not cheap. I would get one already painted. Just my .02

It's not cheap, but there are alternatives..I've been waiting,personally..a guy I know owns a auto repair shop, with a SWEEEEEEEEEET enclosed booth, and he is in need of a new network, and once we both have time, him with his work, and same with me, it's gonna be an even swap. Perhaps there's something you're handy with that you can barter?? It costs nothing, tax free, isn't even 'in the books'.... :D
