Looking for the braniacs out there! Since changing out my intake (now with added heat tube and risers) I have been working away at reducing the hesitation in initial acceleration. I have also changed from the 009 distributor back to my OEM big cap Bosch with vacuum advance. This change also reduced the hesitation. Interesting enough, now I have whole new phenomena. Now when I run the engine, I get a too-rich burn on cylinders 2 and 4 while 1 and 3 remain normal. Cylinders 2 and 4 get so bad they foul and start missing. I do not know if this is do to my new intake or just something else I am going to have to deal with.
Any suggestions?
