Im trying to . I keep losing garage time. If was on schedule, it would have been done in time for the June Bug Rally.

Little more progress, Cleaned up an old t shifter.
Trimmed up the engine tin, painted it, installed the oil adapter, put the shroud on and test fitted everthing together.
Mounted the carbs to see what it would look like. i will have to do some fabricating to get the linkage to work.

Re: Truggy Buggy Hot Rod More Progress

Some progress pics on the motor part of the build.
Fabricated/Modified the stock linkage that came with the new kadrons. Disassembled an ALT to blast the housing and re-surface the commutator and brushes. Fabricated an Oil filler cap out of scrap metal for the Feuling oil filler neck. Bolted up this exhaust so Id have something on it when I get ready to fore it up next weeked. Id like to trade out this exhaust for some megaphone exhaust that is wide enough to run dual carbs.

Video of the first start up. I used basic ignition for the initial start up, tune and break in, but before it goes in the buggy I will install an MSD Dizzy, MSD wires, MSD Blaster Coil and an MSD6AL ignition box.
