Neat little buggy,Looks like a lot of fun. What beach will you be running on? Many years ago, I was on south Padre in a rental buggy and had a blast. This 4th, looks like I will be at Lake Amistad doing a little boating & Sea Doo playing. Bet it is crowded at the lake & beach.

Have Fun,

nice job on a budget minded build
not too sure If im in love with the colors but nice none the less

should provide many hours of entertainment

these wheels have become somewhat collectble to some. if your not going to use them, might want to put them on the samba to see what they would bring

I believe they were a specialty wheel

I didnt have any trouble getting my rail registered. I just walked in with the bill of sale, title, inspection certificate and never brought up the fact that it was a rail. My title says something like VW 2D. They didnt ask and I didnt bring it up.
