My Buggy

Postby Devildriver74 » 07 Fri Nov, 2008 5:11 am

This is my Sidewinder buggy. I finished building it about 6 months ago and it took 3 years to do. Its my first build so it was a very steep learning curve but was well worth it. I'm running a 1641 with 36 dellorto's and rancho pro street trans. Its a UK buggy.

Nice buggy, DD. I've always been a fan of the shade of blue. Hopefully my buggy will be streetable this winter (as everyone here knows, they are never complete), then I can experience the joy of buggy driving (my wallet already experiences the joy of buggy ownership :P)
Welcome to the club, and I hope you have plenty of sunny, warm days for cruising around the UK!

P.S. It never fails to amaze me how many beachbuggy fans there are in the UK....what with your weather and all :-)

Thanks for your comments guys and sorry I've not answered untill now but things have been a bit busy lately.

Looks like a few more UK buggy boys have joined now so we will keep you posted on our antics during the comming summer. Thats if we get some good dry weather this year as the UK is rather bad for that  I hope to get a Manx style roof very soon so that will help.
