Customers buggy "Alma" getting some tube work

Postby Texasbuggys » 10 Sun Aug, 2008 10:56 pm

Hope she will joining us and she can post up but I wanted to show off her little project buggy. She is from the Fort Hood area and just got word she has purchased a Kombi and waiting for its arrival. Added front bumper with fishing rod holders as they love to fish and use the little buggy. It bolts on and so do the rod holders should one become damaged in the dunes, oh thats right ya can't drive on the dunes. It is pretty stout, we jucked up the car and no flex on the bumper at all, also added a plate mount as her hood does not have an area big enough for one. I hear she has future plans for full camo paint scheme in the works.

Next is rear bumper and full 6 pt show cage, pattern one is in it to get some ideas of where we will go with this build.

Cage all fitted and ready for removing and welding out. Windsheild is not bolted on and is layed back against the cage for fitting. This one will be heading back up North this weekend.
