The weekend of July 28, 29 found some of the gang kicking up sand (and a little mud thanks to SteveO’s rain dance) on the Texas coast. The run, put together by Chris W, Ricky and Carlton made for some fun on the beach and a tour of the Lexington.

JD and Linda made the trip as did Jimmy & Donna. Ray, Sandy, Raymond and Tigre decided not to head out after seeing pictures of a tornado. Seems like they’d already had a close brush with a tornado on the way to Salado…hey, why push your luck, right?

Jimmy & Donna had some fun, both on the way down and the return trip. Seems that the trailer was having an issue keeping air in the tires. By the time they got home, there was only one original tire on the trailer. Donna’s not too worried…now she has 4 new tires to start buggy trips all over again.
