It was a dark and stormy night...and day....and night.... Around 6:30 AM Saturday morning, the skies let loose again (and here I thought Texas was having a drought!) I was looking out my hotel window, I understand David And Hawkeye were doing the same...standing in the door of their RVs. All of us shaking our heads. Well, we did say it was a rain or shine event so what the heck, let's unload 'em. Sure enough, the skies held back the rain for the full show as well as the evening cruise to dinner (but late Saturday night, the frogs were floating by again... so much for the Sunday cruise.)

We had 25 entries pre-registered, 7 of those didn't make it but 7 new entries showed up. All things considered 25 was a great number and turned out to be a great show. Lots of great $1 raffle items from Ray T and U-Auto-Pull-it and Action Import Motors. Hawkeye was there with a great display as was TexasBuggys and Yoboy Enterprise. Billy from Yoboy was a real hit as he brought a knock-down, fabric covered top on his trailer. I wonder if he and his wife were behind the weather, hmmmmm....?
