Chris' MANX

Chris has taken his early Manx and molded in side pods from Bobby at Texas Buggys He also modified the taillight area to accept Corvette ZR1 taillights.

AC industries disc brakes w/Chevy 5 lug pattern sit on 2.5 inch drop spindles with KYB shocks on all four corners. Wheels are Rodlite 15x10 rear and 15x4.5 front wrapped in BFG 295/50/15 and 155/80/15 respectively.

The motor, originally built for Chris' wife's baja, is a fresh 1641 w/dual 34 webers  dressed up. The trans is a rebuilt stock irs, IRS VW pan chassis, new pans, completely sand blasted and painted, then Chris rhino lined the underside. The front beam has been rebuilt, everything on this car is new or rebuilt nuts, bolts, washers bushings and so on.

Nice job Chris, we're looking forward to seeing it at the Buggy Blast!
